What's New at DataNet Solutions

  • MedServices STAT EMR is now available to Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers, Community Healthcare Centers as well as the Free Medical Clinics. Some of the new features in MedServices EMR include:

    • ANSI 837 billing form
    • Document Imaging
    • SOAP Notes
    • Biometric Security Access (security cards to access patient records that are available to healthcare providers and/or the patient. These can include fingerprint verification)

  • MedServices EMR is a multi-site version that will handle large organizations with multiple clinics. Currently, we have two States and one national organization using MedServices in the multi-site environment. Multiple clinics can use MedServices while keeping all their records private from the other clinics. This makes it possible for larger agencies, such as State Associations, to purchase a single copy of MedServices and allow all state clinics to have access to it. A key benefit is that the State Association can run reports from all clinics for the state, city, county or region.
  • In addition to the multi-site version, with our new Biometric Security Access, organizations can issue access cards to local physicians, hospitals etc. that may need access to the patient’s electronic health records. So if a patient has to go to an emergency room, the physicians can have secure access to that patient's record via the internet.
